Created from four plots, each with different qualities, this bottling is the epitome of the unique terroir mosaic of P. Fuisse. The individual vineyards of this domaine are an apt reflection of the Cornin family. Each parcel carries a part of the family’s history in the Mâconnais:

Estate is now helmed by young gun Romain (Dominique's son)

-Les Chevrières (1er cru) holds the same plot Dominique’s grandfather planted more than 50 years ago. Les Chevrières is a one and a half hectares plot produced for the Hospices de Beaune and elevated to 1er Cru status in 2020.

- Les Plessys - Vineyard on the southeast side of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, above the village, and planted between 1920 and 1998. Guyot pruning with one arched cane. Soil is clay

-Clos Reyssié - bears fruit from the same vines his father put to seed in 1938.

-Les Serreudières - 100+ year old plot! reaches even deeper into the Cornins’ roots in Mâcon.

One of the youngest of a new generation of wine-producers, Romain is amazingly knowledgeable, having studied under his father as well as some of the most talented growers in the region.

Dare to be seduced by its golden hue, fresh lemon nose, sea spray, anise accents and dramatic display of exotic fruit. Medium bodied.

90 Points Robert Parker

"Revealing aromas of golden orchard fruit, honeycomb, white flowers and fresh pastry, the ... Pouilly-Fuissé is medium to full-bodied, bright and lively, with a nicely defined core of fruit, lively acids and an elegantly saline finish. One of the more youthfully reserved of Cornin's ... it will really unwind after a year or two in the cellar."
