Complex Chardonnay from a few hilltop parcels. Fermented in barrel/foudres, and then matured in a combination of 350L/500L barrels (5% new) and neutral foudres/vats. These wines have quickly gained a cult following. The terroir of Jura with the finesse of Burgundy. Yellow apple, white peach, perfectly integrated oak, fresh citrus, white flowers, great acidity and tension. Yum!
