Tenuta Demaio is an Apulian winery located in San Severo, land of Bombino Nero or Nero di Troia grapes. Antonio Demaio produces according to biodynamic methods, with no chemicals in the vineyard and minimal interventions in the cellar, wines which are authentic expressions of the territory.
from 10-20 year old vineyards that grow at 200 meters above sea level, an autochthonous Apulian grape variety that in the past was used as a cutting grape to enrich the grapes in structure and color, today it offers interesting wines if vinified in purity
the packaging where the bottles have been made lighter and the labels produced in a particular material with minimal use of paper, up to the essential design that shows a simple square of a different color based on the 4 labels produced: Red, pink, yellow and orange. This choice stems from Demaio's desire to represent the essence of his land with pure and essential wines, stripped of any artifice.
