Pursued by Bear is the winemaking project of Kyle MacLachlan (actor famous for his roles in Twin Peaks, Dune, and Portlandia to name a few).
Bone dry, uber-pale rose from Walla Walla made in the classic Provence/Bandol style. Medium bodied, very delicate, aromas of pink flower petals, sun kissed wild strawberries, white peach, guava, orange peel. Playful yet serious.
Fruit sourced from two vineyards - Los Oidos (1,100 feet elevation featuring vine cuttings from CdP) and Yellow Bird (dry farmed, deep loess soil, 1,400 feet). We love it and so do the critics (90 points Wine Spectator).
