Chitoshvili, a professional pianist, leaped onto the wine path in 2010, starting as a wine tour guide. With the help from the Georgian natural wine pioneers, Nino released her first bottles in 2017.
The artisanal winery of Nino produces a limited volume of superb Georgian wines in a Martkopi village, a 30-minute drive from the Tbilisi capital.
Lively, fuschia hue, gorgeous, winter rose', watermelon rind, aromatic, pine, tart, lingonberries, strong Oceanic shellfish nose, a fresh breeze of sea air, minerality, seahorse fossils in the soil, waxed vinyl aged in Kwervi vessels, crushed rose petals and tart pomegranates finish.
