100% Alicante vines, 50 yr. old vines, certified organic, indigenous yeast, 18 months in demi-muids (600L oak barrel), no added sulfites
Tasting Notes: Lean, stewed red fruits, deep purple hue, volcanic, graphite, chalky, dry, grippy tannins. Showing a bit of age, this is drinking beautifully right now!
