Domaine Ciry Cattaneo is situated in the Minervois region of Languedoc and contains some amazing certified organic old vines.
David Ciry studied winemaking in Bordeaux and Reims, before completing his apprenticeship as a winemaker all over the globe. Back in France he started a winemaking consulting company mostly for small organic wineries.
Medium-bodied, powerful, complex, spicy - a great red to cozy up with.

Vines ranged from 25-80 years in age and are located in the villages of Siran and Liviniere. Ambient yeast fermentation and minimal oak influence (only the Syrah saw six months in barrel while the rest of the blend was put in steel).
