From Slovenian natural winemaker Keltis, we couldn't resist brining in his delicious cider. Made from a blend of several Slovenian apple varietals fermented for 2 months. Very refreshing, bubbly, and dry! Soil is schist, clay and sandstone. Orchard is at 350 m elevation.
